Trip Design Fee Agreement

This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) and the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at www.atxworldtravel.com/terms-and-conditions become effective between ATX WORLD TRAVEL, LLC (“Agency”) and you (the traveler, including all travelers on the same booking) (“you” or “Traveler”) upon your signature (electronic or written), or your payment of Planning Fees, until terminated in writing by you or Agency.

TRAVEL PLANNING FEES VERSUS TRAVEL COSTS
1.) A travel planning fee (“Planning Fee”) is the money you pay ATX World Travel for our travel planning, booking and consulting services. Fees can vary depending on the complexity of the trip. Our travel planning fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to book with us or your reservation is cancelled.
2.) Travel costs are what you pay for transportation, accommodation, tours, insurance, and other travel services. Each supplier has their own policies for refunds, cancellations, and other issues. It is important you be familiar with such policies so that you understand your financial obligations with each supplier.

CUSTOM TRAVEL PLANNING SERVICES
So we can provide a truly comprehensive and seamless travel experience, we suggest one overall trip proposal to cover all components of your trip (excluding flights, unless part of a package).
• Fees start at $250 for full trip planning for up to 8 days (7 nights) for 2 people.
• Thereafter, we will charge additional fees of $75 per person, per trip (up to 8 days)
• Trips greater than 8 days will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per day.
• Proposals for different destinations will be charged an additional fee of $150 per destination.
• Last-minute booking fees for trips departing within 30 days (or within 60 days if travel is during a national holiday) will be subject to an additional fee of $150.
Your custom travel planning fee includes:
• Up to two personalized itinerary recommendations, specifically designed to suit your individual travel style and preferences, that include transportation (not including flights), accommodations, scheduled activities and up to 3 concierge-type services per destination (restaurant recommendations/reservations, spa appointments, tee times, etc.)
• Up to three materially significant edits to your itinerary prior to your trip deposit
• Booking all travel components included within the itinerary
• Access to your travel advisor via email and scheduled calls prior to travel (advisor will reply to all emails within 48 business hours)
• Itinerary app with all travel details and documents, including any necessary vouchers or tickets
• In-travel emergency contact numbers and support

A LA CARTE RESEARCH & BOOKING SERVICES
HOTELS
We have access to some of the world’s most distinguished premium properties. Our amenity program may include VIP privileges that enable us to craft memorable and authentic experiences for you. When you book with us, we make sure you feel like a VIP by upgrading your booking when possible. You may receive benefits not available by direct booking or through an online booking engine, which may include:
• Complimentary Breakfast for two
• Upgrade (on arrival, subject to availability)
• Resort, Food & Beverage, or Spa credit (usually valued at $100 per stay)
• Free Wi-Fi
• Early check-in/check-out (subject to availability)
If your hotel is not a preferred partner, we may not be able to get you additional benefits.
Research & booking fees for Hotel-Only or All-Inclusive Resort bookings are as follows:
• $100 per room when you specify property, dates, and your desire for preferred partner amenities.
• $250 per trip for one room if your request requires our research (including up to 5 hotels in one location). Additional rooms may be added for $75 per trip each.
• Additional $75 per room if you request any hotel booking within 7 days prior to departure.
• For more comprehensive assistance, we can discuss a full-service customized itinerary.
OCEAN CRUISES, RIVER CRUISES OR ESCORTED TOURS
• $100 per room/stateroom when traveler specifies the ship and sail date for up to two voyages.
• $250 per trip if your request requires our research (including up to three voyages with a maximum length of 14 days).
Additional fees may be required for voyages longer than 15 days as well as back-to-back voyages (please inquire if applicable).
FLIGHT RESEARCH
• $100 for domestic flights
• $200 for international flights
AIRLINE TICKET BOOKING & SUPPORT
• $75 per person for domestic flights
• $100 per person for international flights
• $150 per person for award travel (charged prior to airfare research and NON-REFUNDABLE)
